The exact features, page counts, and functionality are defined by
the selected package or agreed in writing before work begins.
All website setup fees must be paid upfront before any work
starts.
Once work has commenced, setup fees are non-refundable due to
time, planning, and resources already committed.
Monthly maintenance fees are charged on a recurring basis and
cover hosting, updates, and ongoing support where
applicable.
Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation must be requested before the next billing date
to avoid further charges.
Once cancelled, hosting, support, and updates included in the
maintenance plan will no longer be provided.
Project timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending
on:
• Client responsiveness
• Content delivery
• Revision requests
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, images,
and information. All content provided must be owned by the client
or licensed for use.
Reasonable revisions are included as part of the website build.
Requests that fall outside the original scope may require
additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon in
advance.
Once full payment has been received, the client owns the website
content and design. Third-party tools, plugins, or software remain
subject to their own licences and terms.
Allsop Web Services is not liable for:
• Loss of business or revenue
• Website downtime
• Data loss
• Issues caused by third-party services
Allsop Web Services may update these Terms & Conditions at any
time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
